IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION & Terms & Conditions

  1. The initial consultation is free along with patch testing, I will answer all your questions with regards to the treatment.

  2. I may hand you a letter of consent to be signed by your GP if you have certain medical conditions.

  3. I DO REQUIRE A NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE which can be paid during the pre consultation / patch test, which can be paid by bank transfer, card or cash payment.

  4. Please rescedule your appointment should you start to feel unwell leading up to your appointment, you can do this yourself by registering your details on the Ovatu booking App. Please do not show up at the premises with a cough / cold or anything contagious as you will not been seem. Please wear a mask to your appointment, hand washing facilities are available on arrival and you will asked to remove footwear.

  5. The remaining balance of the treatment; which includes the top up price, can be paid in two parts. 

  6. PLEASE BE AWARE THE NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE IS NOT A DEPOSIT. 

  7. The non refundable booking fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost; which will secure your appointment.

  8. If you decide not to attend or cancel it under 48 hours notice, the booking fee will NOT be refunded to you, which includes the retouch appointment.

  9.  If an emergency happens to both parties, the appointment can be rescheduled to another time which suits both client and artist.

  10.  If the appointment has been cancelled under the 24 hours notice or no shows, I cannot offer that appointment to another client as it would be short of notice, which means loss of earnings.

  11. I will always send reminders to clients for their appointments

  12. Please do not bring friends, relatives, babies and children to your appointments.
