I have ben trialing Derma 2.0 products and used the firming treatment on my face and neck with microneedling. I must say I am very impressed with it! I have used 3 other simiar brands and this one is far the best!
I have noticed my neck ( I'm 56 next month! ) is ageing, with crepeiness, straight and horizontal lines and sagging. I had one treatment with Derma 2.0 and noticed the difference staright away.
There is about 24 / 48 hours down time with microneedling ( redness during that time ) you cannot put anything else on your skin for 48 hours. But this is worth it.
For skin that is very aged and wrinkly, i would reconmend a treatment plan which may include a course of microneedling once a month and mesotherapy injectable on the stronger deeper lines.
